Rachel Julian is a Professor of Peace Studies at Leeds Beckett University’s School of Social Sciences. She also has ample experience as UCP practitioner. Rachel coordinates the networking and impact activities of this network and studies how to integrate varied understandings of protection in different policy fields (aid, humanitarianism, international law, peacekeeping).
